Other developers who submitted joint bids included Wing Tai Holdings and Mercatus Commercial Trust with a bid of S$1.011 trillion, and Allgreen Properties and Kerry Properties with a joint bid of S$808.99 million.

Site Location

The Reserve Residences site covers 3.22 hectares of land and is located at the intersection of Jalan Jurong Kechil and Upper Bukit Timah Road. It is close to Beauty World MRT Station, and it is expected that the site will yield 732 residential units, approximately 160 serviced residences and approximately 20,000 square meters for commercial use. A second-floor bus interchange will also be added to the site to improve connectivity.
